What kind of letters can I send through your service?

  • At the moment, we offer standard letter printing on 8.5 x 11 inch paper and ship it with a #10 envelope.

How much does it cost to send a letter?

  • The cost to send the letter is included with your membership subscription.

How long does it take for my letter to be delivered?

  • Once submitted, we estimate a delivery time of 4-7 days.
How many letters can I submit?
  • You can submit 1 letter per week.

Can I track my letter once it’s been sent?

  • We do not currently offer a tracking service for our letters.

Can I include gifts or other items with my letter?

  • Unfortunately, we can only print and send text at this time.

How do I cancel or modify an order?

  • Once a letter has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, you are able to cancel your membership at any time.

Is there a limit to how long my letter can be?

  • Yes, each letter is limited to 599 characters.

Can I send letters to international addresses?

  • Unfortunately, we currently only offer our service for shipping within the United States.
